Seed Investments does not provide investment advice as defined under the SEBI (Investment Advisers) Regulations, 2013. Content on this site, in our newsletters and in our conversations is for education and to help you assess suitability. Any decision to invest, redeem or switch is yours. Mutual fund investments are subject to market risks; read all scheme related documents carefully before investing. Past performance is not indicative of future returns.
The calculators use assumptions you select and run in your browser. They are illustrations, not forecasts, projections or assurances of return. A Systematic Withdrawal Plan is a withdrawal facility, not a guaranteed pension. Actual outcomes depend on market performance, the schemes chosen, taxes, and the amounts withdrawn.
We do not charge you a fee. We may receive commission from asset management companies and insurance companies as permitted by regulation; on mutual funds this is a trail commission included in the scheme's expense ratio. You may hold direct plans or transact directly on NSE/BSE without a distributor. The commission on any scheme we suggest is available on request.
PMS, AIF and SIF are offered only to investors who meet SEBI's minimum investment and eligibility criteria, and are subject to the terms of the respective manager or fund. Insurance products are offered as an intermediary; policy terms are those of the insurer.
The client portal and mobile apps are provided through a third-party platform (Wealth Elite by REDVision). They are reporting tools; they do not hold your money. Keep your login credentials confidential. Transactions are placed through NSE Invest / BSE StAR MF only on your instruction.
We try to keep this site accurate and current but do not warrant that it is error-free. Links to third-party sites (exchanges, fund houses, app stores) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.
