Mutual funds, SIF, PMS and insurance — planned around your goals, not around market news.
Free, and no obligation.

Income rising, time on your side.
Money that waits should still earn.
At this size, structure matters more than funds.
We work on video, in your time zone. NRE/NRO set up correctly once.
Your cashflow is steady, so the work is discipline: SIPs mapped to clear goals, an emergency fund that stays untouched, and tax-saving funds chosen with a plan.
We start from the goal, not the fund: how much is needed, in which year, and how much of a market fall you can sit through on the way. That decides whether a SIP goes into equity, hybrid or debt — and when it should start moving to safer funds as the date approaches. Step-ups are agreed upfront, so the SIP rises with your income without a fresh decision every year.
We also help you check that term and health cover match your loans and your family. Reviews happen every year, and whenever your salary or family situation changes.

Who we help · CashflowCashflow comes in lumps. We keep enough in short-term funds that a slow quarter never forces a sale — and we make sure the surplus is working in the meantime.
For a business, surplus that sits in a current account earns nothing, and an FD locks it up. A structure of liquid, short-duration and high-quality (AAA/AA) debt funds, laddered to when the money may be needed, keeps it earning and available on any business day. Whose name to invest in — individual, HUF, family members, the firm — is settled before investing, not after.
For retirement, we set aside three to five years of income in debt and liquid funds first, then set up a monthly withdrawal (SWP) that the rest of the portfolio can support. Review dates are fixed before the first withdrawal, nominations are done properly, and a market fall never changes what reaches the bank on the 1st. Many clients set this up for their parents.

Who we help · StructureHow much in mutual funds, whether SIF, PMS or AIF fit, in whose name, and how each is taxed — tracked as one family portfolio.
We consolidate holdings across fund houses and family members into a single view, keep concentration in any one fund, sector or manager within agreed limits, and put the cost of every product next to what it is expected to add. A diversified core does most of the work; concentrated strategies are added in limited size, with the reason and the exit terms written down.
We are registered with APMI to distribute PMS and hold the NISM certification for SIF. AIFs we help you compare and understand — the strategy, the manager's record, the fees, the lock-in and the tax — and we only bring one up when a mutual fund or PMS cannot do the job.

Five things we do. Tap any of them for the detail.
SEBI sets the minimums for SIF, PMS and AIF. Insurance is offered as an IRDAI-licensed intermediary.
The core of almost every portfolio we service. Equity, debt, hybrid and index funds from 25+ fund houses, held in your own name.
Every scheme we suggest passes the same filter: does it fit the goal it is meant for, is the risk within what you have said you can live with, and is the cost justified by what the fund is expected to do? A scheme that tops a one-year table but fails any of those three does not get in.
SIPs from ₹500 a month and lump sums of any size. Regular plans through us carry a trail commission built into the expense ratio; direct plans do not, and you are free to hold them — we show you both costs side by side.
Everything sits in your own NSE mutual fund account. You can see it on the web dashboard and the mobile app, and redeem on any business day.

What we offer · Mutual Funds & SIFOne SIP per goal, sized to the target and the date. It is the simplest structure we know, and the easiest to stick with.
We start from the goal, not the fund: how much is needed, in which year, and how much of a market fall you can sit through on the way. That decides whether the SIP goes into equity, hybrid or debt — and when it should start moving to safer funds as the date approaches.
Step-ups are agreed upfront, so the SIP rises with your income without a fresh decision every year. Reviews check whether each goal is on track and whether anything in your life has changed.

What we offer · Mutual Funds & SIFBoth have a place. The proportion is the actual decision — and we write it down so it does not drift.
In the large-cap end of the Indian market, the cost of an active fund is hard to beat consistently, so index funds often make sense there. In mid and small caps, and in some debt categories, the gap between good and average managers is wide enough that a fund manager can still earn the fee.
For every active fund we suggest, we show you its cost, the index alternative, and what the fund needs to deliver to justify the difference. You decide with that in front of you.

What we offer · Mutual Funds & SIFSector and thematic funds have their place — as a small, deliberate part of a portfolio, never as its centre. We follow the sectors closely enough to hold that line.
These funds carry the deepest falls in the category, and they are where investors most often give up on a plan at the worst moment. Taken deliberately, capped at an agreed share of the portfolio, with an exit rule decided before entry, they are a reasonable way to express a view.
Many active sector funds lean towards large caps. When the plan wants concentrated mid- or small-cap exposure to a sector, a sectoral index fund can deliver it more directly, and usually at lower cost. We show both, with the expense ratio and the gap.
The same exposure collected one NFO at a time until it dominates a portfolio is a different situation. If that is where you are, we map what you hold, show the true concentration, and discuss it — sometimes the answer is that nothing needs to change.

What we offer · Cashflow & Retirement IncomeA firm's working surplus, or a household's next three years, should earn something and stay reachable. Debt funds, laddered to when the money may be needed, do both.
Money in a current account earns nothing; an FD earns something but locks it. A structure of overnight, liquid, short-duration and corporate-bond funds — selected for credit quality (AAA/AA paper) and matched in duration to when the money may be called on — keeps it working and available on any business day.
We set the ladder with you: what may be needed this quarter, this year, and later. Whose name it sits in — the firm, the proprietor, the HUF — is settled first. Credit quality, duration and exit loads are shown before you invest, and the same structure feeds a household's short-term bucket.

What we offer · Cashflow & Retirement IncomeWhen the salary stops, the portfolio has to start paying. The structure below is what makes that income arrive every month regardless of what the market did last quarter.
We fill the short-term bucket first — three to five years of the monthly income, in liquid and short-duration debt funds. This is the money that pays the bills, and it does not move with the stock market. An SWP then credits a fixed amount to the bank on a fixed date each month, and can be stepped up for inflation.
At each review, gains from the long-term bucket refill the short-term one. In a bad year for equities, the refill waits — the income does not. Many clients set this up for their parents, in the parent's name, with nominations done and a family view on the dashboard.

What we offer · PMS & AIFThree routes above the mutual fund minimums. Each has a SEBI-set entry, its own liquidity and its own reason to exist — and none of them replaces a diversified core.
SIF — ₹10 lakh. Run by mutual fund houses under SEBI's SIF framework. Can hold more concentrated positions, and strategies such as long-short, than a regular scheme. We hold the NISM certification required to distribute them.
PMS — ₹50 lakh. Run by SEBI-registered portfolio managers, with the securities in your own demat account. We are registered with APMI to distribute PMS, and we put the fees, the hurdle and the exit terms next to a comparable mutual fund before you commit.
AIF — ₹1 crore. Access to strategies a mutual fund cannot hold — private credit, long-short, structured — in exchange for locking the money in for the fund's term. The strategy, the manager's record, the fees, the lock-in and the tax are explained in writing first.
In most portfolios the honest answer is that none of these is needed yet, and we will say so. They earn a place only when the plan calls for something a scheme cannot do and you meet the eligibility.

What we offer · Mutual Funds & SIFA newer option from SEBI, run by mutual fund houses, for investors who want strategies beyond a regular scheme without the PMS ticket size.
SIFs can use strategies such as long-short and can hold more concentrated positions than a mutual fund scheme. They are run by AMCs under SEBI's mutual fund framework, with a ₹10 lakh minimum across a fund house's SIF strategies.
They are useful for some investors and unnecessary for most. If your plan does not need what a SIF does, we will say so. We hold the NISM certification required to distribute them.

What we offer · PMS & AIFFor portfolios where a concentrated, professionally run strategy fits the plan. We help you compare managers and understand the terms before you commit.
PMS is offered by SEBI-registered portfolio managers. Your money sits in your own demat account, the manager runs the strategy, and fees — fixed, performance-linked or both — are charged as per the agreement you sign. We put those fees, the hurdle and the exit terms next to a comparable mutual fund so the difference is clear.
PMS suits investors who already have a diversified core and want a specific strategy on top. It is not a substitute for that core.

What we offer · PMS & AIFAIFs give access to strategies a mutual fund cannot hold. They also lock money in for years. Both facts go in writing before you commit.
Category II and III AIFs — private credit, long-short equity, structured strategies — are for investors who can commit ₹1 crore for the fund's full term and can absorb a loss on that portion without it affecting the plan.
We explain the strategy, the manager's record, the fee structure, the lock-in and the tax treatment before you invest, and only when the plan calls for something a mutual fund, SIF or PMS cannot provide.

What we offer · Health & Term InsuranceTerm insurance is bought to cover a risk, never as an investment. We size it, compare it across insurers and help you buy it — as an IRDAI-licensed intermediary.
Term cover is sized to your loans plus the years of income your family would need to replace. Health cover is sized to hospital costs in your city, with a top-up where it is cheaper than a larger base policy. We compare policies across insurers and explain exclusions and waiting periods before you sign.
We do not mix insurance with investing. If a product is being sold to you as both, we will show you what it costs against a term policy plus a mutual fund.
